A Brief Explanation of Online Services
Boulder Pro Photo offers a variety of online services for both professionals and all other interested photographers.
There are three major categories for these services:
- Photographers Order Directly from BPP HERE
Professional photographers may use various online services to send their studio orders to our lab. The speed and convenience offer huge benefits. There are three major categories for printing at BPP:- Classic Proof Orders are to be sent in using the simple FTP Upload.
- Our FTP is also available for ordering regular prints at the full Non-Automated price. These prints can be requested in three surfaces; Glossy, Matte, and Lustre.
- Our best prices are available by using the Automated Ordering programs noted here (or our in-house kiosks). The three services currently available are from LabPrints, Lifepics and Studiomaster Pro.
To sign up for either LabPrints or Lifepics online services simply go to their website, register and download their software. This software is free. Be sure to list Boulder Pro Photo as your lab of choice. Be sure to call us to get a customer account number and password.
Note: All Proof Orders and Automated Orders are printed on Lustre paper only.
- Your Clients Order from You via Online Storefronts
Professional photographers and other interested photographers may choose to post photo sessions such as weddings, portrait sittings, parties, corporate or other events online for clients, friends and families to view and order prints at the photographers print rate.
The orders are managed online by third party vendors who host the event pictures, take the orders and process the e-commerce purchases. The files and the orders then come to us at the lab, where we print the order and ship it to the final customer. There are three programs available, each with different protocols. We recommend reviewing these systems carefully before choosing. The online storefront services are available from Lifepics, LabPrints and Lifetime In Focus.
