Film scanning is a critical element in great printing. We use the best available professional grade scanners for optimum results. These scans are superior to those made on current desktop scanners. Scans are priced by file size. Scans ordered along with prints will be optimized to our printing standards. When you order scans to CD for your own uses, the files are made to a general standard and are not necessarily considered ready to print. Extensive spotting and retouching are not included. Please note that these high speed scanners do not capture at 100% of full frame, so there will be some image loss.
